I met Tim at an open home recently while looking at buying my first home, and I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. He was so approachable and easy to talk to, and I never felt like I was just another person walking through the door. He was really knowledgeable about the property and the market and was more than happy to answer all my questions, which made the whole experience feel a lot less overwhelming as a first home buyer. Tim also followed up with me really quickly afterwards to get my feedback and see how I felt about the property. While the home ended up not being the one for me, I wanted to leave a review because Tim was genuinely a breath of fresh air. It’s not often you come across an agent who is so friendly, knowledgeable and actually takes the time to follow up. I’d definitely recommend Tim to anyone looking to buy or sell!

We had a wonderful experience renting through LJ Hooker Tumbi. Rachel was an exceptional property manager who was always professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout our tenancy. Any issues or questions we had were responded to quickly and efficiently, and Rachel was always polite, friendly, and easy to communicate with. She made the move from the house she was managing to finding a new location feel straightforward and stress-free always quick to submit the paperwork required. we really appreciated the care and professionalism she consistently showed. Thank you, Rachel Denning, and the team at LJ Hooker Tumbi, for making our tenancy such a positive experience. Selling your home is one of the most stressful experiences you can have. Justin and his team carried a lot of that stress for us by being supportive, trustworthy, transparent, respectful and most important, great communicators. Justin would pick up the phone and talk to us everyday , we were always kept in the loop. Very happy vendors right here 🤗
