We have dealt with Christian at LJH Dee Why as both purchasers and vendors. On both occasions we found him and the LJH team at Dee Why to be very honest, friendly and helpful. As vendors, Christian had excellent knowledge of the local market and gave us great advice on styling and preparing the property for auction. Christian conducted the auction and we achieved a sale that we were very happy with. Christian and the team promptly replied to any email or phone enquiries that we had, and were very knowledgeable regarding contracts etc. Thanks Christian and team!
