I’ve leased many properties over the years, and worked with many of the major franchises, never have I ever experienced such courteous and efficient service. Julia was proactive, responsive and sensitive to our needs as prospective tenants. No question was too big, nor was there any ambiguity about the process and where we were at. The total time from inspection to application & lease signing was just under 4 hours, and I feel Julia needs an industry medal because I have never heard of that level of dedication, interest and care. Truly this is the gold standard and I am so grateful for Julia’s assistance.

Mark was exceptional through the entire process of selling my property in Essendon. I engaged with Mark early in the process from extremely positive reviews I had received. Mark helped me through giving advice on best renovating my property for the best possible result. He was agile and worked with us to ensure our property was online as quickly as possible with Covid restrictions permitting and was clear and direct with all communication through the process ad we were always kept up to date.
