We were very nervous engaging an agent, however, unlike others whom we interviewed, Pierre from HPG Estate Agents not only had a great knowledge of the area, he also had a very calming demeanour which was very comforting throughout the whole process. He prompted us with questions seeking answers to what we wanted/expected out of the process, gave us the opportunity of his experience in his answers, and then set about accomplishing those goals for us.
