How we worked it out

The maths, out loud.

Where do the tool prices come from?

Where we name a vendor, the figure is their published price. Where there was a choice, we took the cheapest plan that does the job, billed yearly.

  • Social scheduling. Hootsuite Standard, 1 user, A$129 a month (US$99 billed yearly before tax at hootsuite.com/plans, checked 23 Oct 2026).
  • Ad campaign management. Need Leads Foundation, Meta ads management for real estate agents, from $749 a month, ad spend extra. needleads.com.au, checked 21 Oct 2026.
  • Reviews platform. Renowned (formerly RateMyAgent) Agency Build, A$107 a month plus A$32 per agent, billed yearly. renowned.com/au/pricing, checked 21 Oct 2026.
  • Marketing reporting. AgencyAnalytics, 1 client, A$27 a month billed yearly. agencyanalytics.com/pricing, checked 21 Oct 2026.
  • Creative. Starts at $100 a month. Not a published vendor price. Change it to what your office pays.

Why is an ads agency ticked?

Plenty of offices pay someone to run their Facebook and Instagram ads. $749 a month is the lowest fee we could find published by an Australian real estate ads agency, and it doesn't include the ad spend itself. If you run your own ads, untick it and the saving drops.

How do you work out admin time?

Listings a month, times hours per listing, times what an hour costs your office. The 3 hours, $45 an hour and 50% saved are starting guesses, not a study. Change them to match your office.

What does Properti cost?

The Agent, Team and Office prices come straight from our pricing page. Onboarding starts at $250 and you pay it once, so it isn't in the monthly figure. Over 20 people, we quote.

What about GST and exchange rates?

Our prices include GST, same as the pricing page. Most tool prices are published before GST and we haven't added it, so the saving is on the low side.

Is this a quote?

No, it's an estimate from the numbers you put in. Book a demo and we'll work out the real one with you.
