Reviews that work wheresellers actually look.
Ask for the review, capture it on Google or realestate.com.au, reply in one click, then put the best ones on your website and into your content. All inside the platform you already run your marketing from.
Thousands of reviews already synced into Properti, and counting.
Collecting reviews was never the hard part.
Using them is. Three patterns we see over and over, and all three cost listings.
Leave us a review
The begging link
A “leave us a review” link buried at the bottom of an email signature. Sellers never click it.
The dead automation
A testimonial trigger switched on months ago that has never fired once. Nobody noticed.
Two shelves, no one watching both
47 reviews on realestate.com.au, 3 on Google, and nobody in the office can see both in one place or ask for the one that is missing.
Sellers check Google and realestate.com.au before they call. You need both shelves in one place.
Google on one side. realestate.com.au on the other. Now one inbox.
Sellers read both before they call an agent. Connect your Google Business Profile and your realestate.com.au agency ID and every review your agents have on either site lands in the same inbox, with the same filters and the same one-click path to a social post.

Requests can ask for Google and realestate.com.au at once
Replies to realestate.com.au reviews stay on their site, so those show read-only

One product, three very different wins.
The same review does a different job for the agent who earned it, the admin who chases it and the network watching the brand.

Questions, answered.
Can Properti post the review to Google for me?
No, and nor can anyone else. Google doesn't allow reviews to be posted programmatically. What we do is get your client to the review form in one tap, which is where most requests fall over. Replies are different: those we publish to Google for you.
Do replies to reviews actually help me get found?
Yes. Your replies are public, indexed content sitting on your Google profile. That's why the drafts name the suburb and property type on purpose, and never the full address. It turns a courtesy into something that works on your ranking and on the answers AI search gives about you.
What if someone rates me but never writes the review?
You keep the rating. It lands in your inbox as a rating with no review attached, so the effort isn't wasted and you can see who is worth a nudge.
What happens when a client isn't happy?
You find out early. The request asks how the sale went before anything else, so that feedback comes back to you directly and you get the chance to pick up the phone.
Does it work with an individual agent's Google profile?
Yes. Google classifies an agent's own profile as a practitioner profile sitting under the office, but it behaves like any other Google location. Once it's connected, reviews sync, you can reply and you can send requests from it. Getting it connected is the part agents usually struggle with, so we help with that.
What's the difference between Reviews and Reviews Plus?
Reviews covers replies, unlimited email requests, 25 SMS a month, QR codes and Google profile management on your main location. It sits on Agent and up. Reviews Plus lifts the SMS cap, works across every location, follows up automatically, runs on your own email and review page domains, and adds AI insights across everything you have collected. Plus is included from the Office plan up. Website widgets come with Reviews; Plus takes the Properti mark off them.
Can review pages and request emails use our own domain?
Yes. Reviews Plus runs request emails and review pages on your domain, so clients see you, not us. Head office can set it once for the network. An office can override with its own.
Which reviews sync automatically?
Google reviews as soon as you connect your Google Business Profile, and realestate.com.au reviews once an office admin connects your agency ID under Apps. Anything you have collected elsewhere can be added by hand so your inbox is the full picture.
Can I put my reviews on my website?
Yes. Build a widget in Reviews, choose cards, a carousel or a rating badge, and paste one line of code into your site or your agents' pages. It shows Google and realestate.com.au reviews together and updates itself.
Can I reply to realestate.com.au reviews from Properti?
Not yet. realestate.com.au does not let anyone reply from outside their site, so those reviews show as read-only in Properti. Google replies still publish straight from Properti.
Can I link a review to a listing?
Yes. Link it when you send the request, or attach it to a review you already have. Properti uses that link for AI replies that name the suburb, social tiles, and the address on your website widget. The full address is never used in replies. The link is private to your workspace and does not change what appears on Google or realestate.com.au. Synced reviews only get the link automatically when they came from a request.
What does a franchise head office pay for the network view?
Nothing. The network view, office health and AI summaries are free for franchise head office workspaces. Individual offices upgrade their own Reviews when they are ready.
Do I still need a separate reviews tool?
No, that's the point. Requests, replies, insights and the social posting all run from the platform you already use for your marketing, so there is no extra subscription and nothing to wire together.
