You asked. So here it is. My experience with Maria Kominakis based on persistent conduct dated Jan -July 2026, prior to “vacating” was, without question, the worst property management experience I’ve ever had. I found her communication to be consistently harassing, confrontational, dismissive and unnecessarily argumentative. Simple matters became far more stressful than they needed to be, and I was left feeling that legitimate concerns were met with resistance rather than professionalism. The situation deteriorated to the point where I had no confidence that issues could be resolved through ordinary communication, and I had to pursue the appropriate legal avenues, including VCAT, to protect my rights as a tenant. As a result of my experience, I felt intimidated and anxious whenever I had to communicate with her. That is my personal experience, and it significantly affected my enjoyment of my tenancy. If you’re considering renting a property managed by Maria, I encourage you to read all available reviews and make your own informed decision. My experience was extremely negative, and I sincerely hope no other tenant has to go through what I did. Perhaps it’s time to pursue a career that brings her fulfilment instead of taking frustration out on the people she’s meant to be helping. Tenants beware.
