Management staff John and Jason are professional, respectful, knowledgeable, trustworthy, great to work with, and they indeed are kind looking after their clients day in day out. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience over the last three weeks has been extremely disappointing. Our gas geyser stopped working, and despite reporting the issue immediately, it still hasn’t been fixed. The plumber who inspected it clearly stated that the system needs to be replaced, yet we have received no proper update or action from the property manager. We have followed up multiple times through calls and emails, but the responses have been slow and unhelpful. Hot water is an essential service, and it’s very frustrating that something so important has taken this long with no resolution. I hope LJ Hooker Mirrabooka takes this feedback seriously and improves their responsiveness and urgency when it comes to essential maintenance issues.
