We needed to downsize from our family home in Kaleen. However, we wanted to find our new home before listing our Kaleen home. Tim Russell and Jackson White-Brettell were fully engaged in this quest until our new home was found. Our Kaleen home was then listed, and with the professional support of Tim, Jackson and the Kaleen team, we sold our home within three weeks from listing. We're exceedingly happy with the manner in which the sale of our apartment in Campbell progressed under LJ Hooker Kaleen and our agent, Lucas Cole. Lucas was engaging and pleasant all the way through and had our best interest at the fore and managed to obtain a price that met our expectations. Lucas was alacritous in approaching both us and the buyers with all information relating to our respective positions, responses and outcomes. The open house opportunities were very well handled and the value of the property properly represented and displayed. The process of advertising, display of the property and the negotiation process was surprisingly rapid, through to contract. We're considerably impressed and thankful for Lucas' work, interaction and expertise in obtaining a highly satisfactory outcome for us and, indeed, the buyer.
