Jess Lander from Jellis Craig Whitehorse has done a fantastic job finding tenants for our unit. We were looking at another agent but decided to get a second opinion. We cold called and Jess was at the unit less than half an hour later and gave us a complete overview of the property and market. She gave us answers to questions we didn’t know to ask as rookie landlords. Communication was open and quick and after putting on market we had a suitable tenant in days.
