Worst real estate agency I've had to deal with in my entire life. I really don't recommend using them. We were renting a property when the owner came to us with a sudden proposal to sell. Fair enough — no worries. But we were rushed out with no reasonable time to find another place. They then began conducting inspections to sell the house, even after we asked them to delay so we could move out first. We're private people and weren't comfortable with strangers walking through our belongings while we were still living there. The account manager, Carole, was consistently unresponsive and unhelpful — providing little to no feedback or assistance when we actually needed it. I've also heard similar experiences from others trying to buy or sell through this agency. It's clear they care about the money and nothing else, with no genuine care for the individuals involved or their needs. A complete 0/10 on all fronts.
