I was contact by Jellis Craig with regards to finding a tenant for some newly completed townhouse I just finished constructing. After signing all of their documents, they have sent me rental applications, but won’t disclose to me as the landlord, the full name of the prospective tenants, so i can make an informed decision with regards to accepting the application. I have now had to get my lawyers involved and will be heading to court. Biggest mistake of my life in over 30 years in the building industry. Don’t ever let Jellis Craig lease a property for you. I repeat biggest mistake of my life. Update: So instead of being forthcoming with the names of proposed tenants, so i can make an informed decision, Jellis Craig have decided to not proceed with the rental authority, which will now cost me a months rent to find a new agent to start the rental process all over again. WARNING BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE DO NOT USE JELLIS CRAIG AS YOUR AGENT.

Honestly such an amazing experience selling with Robert De Freitis and the Jellis Craig team. Transparency throughout the life of the campaign, communication at every open, integrate inside into the strategies based on different outcomes throughout the auction day itself. In the market dominated by another specific agency, where's super happy we made the right decision in selecting Robbie, who brought a pressure-less approach which really put us at ease throughout the process.
