I’m both a landlord and a tenant with Abercromby, Olivia is hands down the best rental manager I’ve ever had. The team are great too, never have I been sent an email ASKING if there was any maintenance that needed attending to (and I hope they did the same for my tenants too).This level of customer service will keep setting them apart if this approach stays.

Cannot give 0 stars, otherwise I would. As sellers of our apartment, Abercromby’s obtained a sale price of $155k below the purchase price paid 4 years earlier, and $80k less than another apartment in the same block sold 1 week earlier, despite that apartment being assessed as lower value. Both apartments were on the market for a similar length of time. There was no clear strategy, and the marketing was extremely poor (and expensive): unappealing photos and furniture choice, and an auction board that was noticeably smaller (1/3 of the size) than that of the other apartment selling at the same time, in the same block. The result was an auction with no attendees. Online advertisements contained incorrect information, and Abercromby’s advised us to significantly reduce the advertised price twice (in 10 days). This was presented as their best advice, yet the outcome was a substantial and avoidable loss. Whether this resulted from incompetence or carelessness, I cannot say. I would not recommend Jack or the Abercromby's agency.
