I have had an excellent experience with Hodges McGrath Sandringham, particularly their Senior Property Manager, who is always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. She consistently provides support and assistance beyond what is normally expected, and her communication and service have been excellent. I would have no hesitation recommending this real estate agency to others.

I rented through Hodges for almost two years, and Stephanie was absolutely amazing throughout the entire experience. She was always professional, friendly, and responsive, making every interaction easy and stress-free. Any questions or maintenance requests were handled promptly, and her communication was excellent from start to finish. I had a wonderful experience renting through Hodges for the past 4 years in Sandringham, especially with Stephanie Pascoe and her team. From the very beginning, they were always professional, friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful whenever I needed assistance. Any questions or maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently, which made renting such a positive and stress-free experience. I also truly appreciated how professional and respectful Greg Downes and the team were when the apartment went up for sale. All communication regarding inspections and appointments was always clear, considerate, and well organised, making the whole process much easier for me as a tenant. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent or work with a reliable real estate agency.
