​"I am beyond disappointed with the service provided by Hodges. We recently finished a rental agreement with them, and the entire experience was unacceptable. Despite paying $1,790 per week in rent, the property was nowhere near the standard one would expect. ​For the last six months of our tenancy, we were left without kitchen benchtops being completed. This made the home nearly impossible to live in comfortably, yet the agency showed zero urgency in fixing the issue. The communication—or lack thereof—was the most frustrating part; agents were consistently unresponsive and failed to assist us at every turn. For a company that claims to provide professional property management, their customer service is truly atrocious.Over all it was a disappointing experience with Hodges Bentleigh. I would not recommend them to family or friends and suggest staying away from them if you are looking for reliable service.

One star seems too generous… There was an inspection at a Bentleigh property which I went to, but unfortunately, the Property Manager, Judy, gave me a cold shoulder, wouldn’t acknowledge neither my greetings nor presence. Few minutes later, she was happily and freely interacting with a Caucasian lady and her son. That was the moment I realised that she was deliberately ignoring me. I guess, she probably isn’t used to seeing people of colour - interested in the properties she manages. Quite a shame! Dear Hodges Real Estate, educate your staff on the importance of Diversity and Inclusion in this day and age! Thank you.
