Horrible experience with agent Arthur. We rented a property in 2023 until 2026, and moving out has been a nightmare. Arthur tried to falsely claim we didn't replace the original shower head (we did), tried to charge us for a small wall paint peel that was already there when we moved in, and completely ignored our repair requests throughout our tenancy. When we asked for the move-in condition report to prove the pre-existing damage, he claimed he "couldn't find it" and had zero evidence. He threatened that the owner wouldn't release our bond, but when we rightfully claimed it ourselves online, he got incredibly angry. He is dishonest, unorganized, and tries to trap tenants for pre-existing wear and tear. Absolutely horrible service—never rent from him or this agency.

Fiona and Alex are gold, they helped me way beyond. Best experience ever. They really helped me in my hard times for looking for new places and flexibility with my rent and lease extensions. Best agents ever !! Definitely recommended.

We purchased a property and during the purchase process we notified Steve and Sabrina that we wanted their company to manage the property, and they assured us they would take on the management and would offer a discount as we purchased a Property from their company. As we prepared the property, I sent progress photos ob 15/07 to both Sabrina and Steve to update them on the progress as we were close to completion. Fast forward to today, Sabrina called me back and informed me that they no longer want to manage the property as the property was too far and didn’t want to manage the rental. If you are considering purchasing an investment property through this agency and for them to manage, I would highly reconsider. Over promised and delivered zero.
