I had a very disappointing experience with Nadia Ghadban at Richardson & Wrench. I found her attitude to be unprofessional dismissive and lacking the level of respect I expected as a client. Rather than feeling listened to or supported I felt that my concerns were ignored and that I was not treated with courtesy. I believe there is significant room for improvement in customer service, communication and professionalism. I hope she undertakes further training in client relations and professional conduct so that future clients have a better experience than I did.

I had a very disappointing experience with this real estate agency due to one of its staff members NADIA GHADBAN. her attitude was rude dismissive and unprofessional throughout our interactions. I felt that my questions and concerns were not taken seriously and communication was poor from start to finish. Customer service is an important part of the real estate industry and unfortunately this experience fell well below an acceptable standard. I would not recommend dealing with this staff member and hope the agency addresses these issues through better training and supervision.

I am very happy with this company , they handled everything i don't have to worry about it . They have years of experience selling house and they sold my house very quickly thanks Tommy Tchan and your team again
