Avoid this real estate agents they not professional at all cause it’s very difficult to reach them just when you need to contact them to ask or to assist you with your needs, as always we know when you applying for rent there is a name of the person under the property you apply for and when call them you have to wait over?? until someone tells you that the person your asking for not there so bad!! As my experience with other agents it’s one call and they answer you directly. They treat me so bad as I had applied to my family members for a property on their website online after I had inspected it , they already have gotten all my documents they asked for, as I called them many times after application just to make sure that received everything or if they need anything so what happened they sent an email asking me for more documents after they were approved someone else??? So bad because I was sure that I had submitted everything they wanted. No recommendations at all.
