Rented through Richardson and Wrench for 5 years and can honestly say I couldn't have been happier with Property Manager Paul Stanton. He was professional, respectful, quick to respond when contacted and provided solutions to any issues that came up. Best tenancy experience anyone could hope for.

Richard and Wrench was my Realaste for 5 years. Michael was my Landlaw and Property Manager he was amazing to deal with got things sorted quickly and always friendly. Very professional man and company to deal with. Thank you for my lovely home over the years!

I had a fantastic experience renting through Paul Stanton. From the very beginning, he was the definition of professional. The entire leasing process was seamless, transparent, and handled with such care. What really stood out was his outstanding support—whenever I had a question or a minor maintenance request, he was incredibly responsive and proactive. It’s rare to find an agent who truly looks out for their tenants as much as he does. He actually cares. I am very sad to leave but highly recommend Paul Stanton to anyone looking for a stress-free rental experience!
