Opal Realty looks after one of my rentals and I have had nothing but a seamless experience. They were happy to go the extra mile while I was shopping around and deciding what to do with the property. After deciding to rent it out they have been easy to engage with and any queries are answered within the same day. Inspections are thorough and the reports are easy to view. Monthly payments have all been on time. They offer various levels of involvement from the owner and thankfully make it very easy to have a set and forget investment. Overall a professional and quick service.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Opal Realty. From the beginning, the team has been professional, helpful and easy to communicate with. They’ve made the whole property management process straightforward and stress-free, and I’ve always felt that my property was being looked after properly. Communication has been great, and whenever I’ve had questions or needed something addressed, they’ve been responsive and helpful. I really appreciate the level of service and professionalism they provide. I would definitely recommend Opal Realty to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property management team. Very happy with the service I’ve received so far!
