Sarah Costello is our Property Manager, she has provided outstanding service to us. Nothing is too much trouble for her, she is knowledgeable and professional and an excellent communicator. We cannot speak more highly of her.

McGrath recently chased me to sell my apartment off the market (I wasn’t even considering on selling) as one of their clients just went through divorce, has a child and desperately wanting a place to move in to/live. Nick muzha was involved, after he signed the contract for 21 day period, he rang me once to tell me he is taking a group of interested parties to look at the place and that’s it! Radio silence until I rang on the 21st day asking for an update and to let nick know I am not interested in doing business with them. Later I found out this is the tactic McGrath Wahroonga has been playing with multiple properties stating they have a divorcee with a child who is desperate!!! To the point one seller terminated a contract with another realestate agent to sign new contract with McGrath and failing to sell her property at the price McGrath initially promised that the “divorcee” offered!!! Please be aware!!!

Sarah Costello was incredible to work with! As first-time property owners, we had no idea what to expect and weren’t familiar with the process, but Sarah made the whole experience so simple and easy to understand. She was quick, knowledgeable, and after our first conversation we trusted her completely. She found great renters for our property and was amazing to deal with the entire time. My partner and I are so so grateful for her help, highly recommend!!
