Prior to listing Javier met to develop a strategy where I would achieve results. He listened to my goals & set about to achieve them. He is a skilled negotiator &communicator who worked to sell & purchase my properties. His advice & intuition was accurate which was invaluable for negotiations. Calls were always answered - 7 days - nothing was overlooked. I never felt pressured or rushed in achieving an excellent outcome. I cannot recommend this honest reliable intelligent business man more.

Javier is not the “stock standard” Real Estate Agent, in my opinion. I met Javier many years ago, when I was thinking of selling. Javier contacted me every 6 months for 4 years. Persistence is key. Javier’s capacity to communicate, his work ethic and his drive to get the best outcome is gold standard. Javier, works with the client, a most honourable attribute. I would strongly recommend Javier as a honest, enthusiast agent who achieved everything he promised.
