I think that Tina Turner summed it all up when she sang “ You’re simply the best”. That’s how I feel with my interaction with Liam Miles of McGrath Manly. My property is important to me and I needed to be sure that I gave it to the right people to manage. I was hesitant to just let anyone manage my the rental of my new apartment. That hesitation quickly dissolved as my interactions with Liam continued. I found Liam to be very well experienced and knowledgeable in the local market. He has a good sense and understanding of marketing a property. In particular his strategy in marketing short term leases and the impact of the local market in the winter months. Liam found me the perfect tenant, matching my terms and far exceedingly expectations. He went over and beyond on a request and I am impressed enough that I would highly recommend Liam and his professional services to anyone seeking real estate management in Sydney.
