We have recently leased a property with McGrath Real Estate Long Jetty It’s been nothing but an easy pleasant experience with Shinae. Each time we have a request or requiring a response or further follow up it is dealt with in such a timely manner and with professionalism. Nothing is an issue at all and we can’t thank Shinae and the Team enough

Scott and the team from McGrath were second to none. Always responsive and clear communication. I purchased my property with no questions, issues or concerns. Definately one of the most knowledgeable real estate agents I have met and knew all the restrictions in the 88b instrument when it came to leasing of the property. Thank you Scott. Appreciate it.

My experience with Crystal as my property manager was outstanding. She was super lovely, efficient and helpful, and if I was only reviewing her right now I’d give 5 stars easily. However, towards the end of my tenancy I was assigned a new property manager and it was a lot harder to get in touch with her. Two staff - Halle and Charlotte were the ones who were contacting me. Both were not pleasant experiences, very disorganised. Sorting out my bond was a nightmare as they kept saying they would get back to me and never would. Staff would frequently answer my questions with ‘I don’t know’ and not bother to help me further. Whenever I went to the office for assistance the workers were the same. I even had a blonde woman say ‘Oh I don’t work in property management’ very condescendingly and proceed to laugh at me when I was trying to receive help. Seems like she didn’t care at all, and it was very unprofessional of her. The young men in the sales department didn’t know what they were doing when I handed my keys back but at least they tried their best and were very polite. It’s not hard to be polite and decent at your job. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of care, diligence and professionalism of this team.
