We had Venus from McGrath Hornsby manage the rental for our granny flat. She was extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire leasing process. Her communication was excellent and she vetted all prospective tenants thoroughly, making the experience smooth and stress free for us. I was particularly impressed with her attention to detail and her commitment to achieving the best outcome which was tailored to our requirements. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking a reliable property management professional.

Highly unprofessional end-of-lease cleaning service. We were forced to pay $625 in cash on-site for a standard 1-bed + study. The trader then inflated the invoice, falsely claiming the property required 15 hours of heavy scrubbing. I have attached the BEFORE photos to prove the property was already in a standard, clean condition and nowhere near what they claimed. The agent has fully released our bond without any issues, proving this company's claims were completely false just to justify overcharging. Terrible communication and unexpected price gouging at the end. Stay away.

Do not trust this business. Extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and price gouging. We hired 20/20 Cleaning Solutions (Josh) for a standard 1-bedroom + study end-of-lease clean based on our real estate agent's recommendation. On-site, they strictly demanded we pay an exorbitant fee of $625 in CASH. When we legally requested a Tax Invoice for the cash payment, they refused to provide it initially and engaged in aggressive verbal harassment via continuous phone calls to pressure us. Even worse, after they left and realized we wouldn't back down, they fabricated a story on the invoice claiming the property was "extremely dirty" and required "15 hours of labour" to justify their ridiculous pricing. Now, they are even turning around to falsely accuse us of not paying them at all! Their attitude is utterly disgusting and deceptive. I have attached the BEFORE photos to prove the property was already in a standard, clean condition and nowhere near what they claimed. The real estate agent has fully released our bond without any issues, which completely debunks their lies. Stay away from this company if you want to protect your money and mental health.
