I've been interested in property in the local area for years, and have met with a lot of real estate agents. I finally bought an apartment in large part because Hamish Gibbs is such a honest and genuine pleasure to deal with. He went out of his way to help me with anything I needed, and was extremely prompt in communication with all relevant parties. I cannot recommend him highly enough. AND I got a lovely little hamper after settlement, which other friends (who have bought far more expensive properties in the area!) did not receive from their agents! He's a superstar. Disrespectful and underhanded. My house wasn’t sold by them for a reason. They disclosed a problem with the house to a prospective purchaser that had been fully rectified. Wishing that the price remain quiet for a while in respect for the Purchaser and myself. I am not naive enough to believe that this is unavailable to anyone but to publish it in a weekly newsletter quite honestly shows their lack of dignity and disrespect. Avoid this agency at all costs.
