I would like to leave a review that on 28/2/2026 at 12:30 attended the open house located at (31 Margaret Street, Fairfield West, NSW 2165) for a scheduled inspection/rental purposes. However, the door was not opened at the agreed time, and no prior notice or communication was provided regarding any delay. I waited for approximately 15mins, but there was no response. I have called the person who was supposed to open the door Steven Younan and even called the agency but no one picked up my calls. I had to leave work early to inspect this property and lost time and money because of this disrespectful behaviours from your agents. Please provide clarification regarding this matter and ensure that future appointments are handled in a timely and professional manner.

I highly recommend LJ Hooker. Sharon Begovich – Director and George Nicolas - Property Manager look after both their landlords and their tenants exceptionally well. I have been living in hell for the last five years and can’t thank George Nicolas enough for his support. George gave me only the best advice, he is a very caring kindhearted person and an exceptionally great asset to LJ Hooker. Thank you so very much
