I had an excellent experience renting through LJ Hooker Melbourne ( Lonsdale St). The entire process was professional, smooth, and stress-free from the very beginning of our rental . The team has always been friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about both the property and their tenants. A very special thank you to our wonderful property managers, Rebecca Huang and Riegiena Stanley , who have been absolutely amazing throughout our tenancy. They are kind, approachable, efficient, and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. Their communication has been exceptional, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything is handled promptly and professionally. It’s been so reassuring to have property managers who genuinely care and treat people with kindness and respect. Their dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help have made such a positive difference to our renting experience, and we are truly grateful for all of their hard work and support. We highly recommend LJ Hooker City ( Lonsdale st , Melbourne) , especially Rebecca and Riegiena, to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional real estate team. Thank you for making what can sometimes be a stressful experience such a positive and enjoyable one, I sincerely appreciate everything you do. I will miss the rental property myself and my family made some beautiful memories and a thank you to my landlord for having us, he too was great!

Their staff was very patient and helpful throughout the process. As we do not speak English very well, she took the time to communicate with us and was willing to assist us with arranging the key pickup. We truly appreciate her kindness, patience, and excellent service. Thank you, Pang, for making everything much easier for us.

Overall I have a great experience with their staff and the property manager. They help me a lot throughout every process. I always contact their staff Caroline whenever there is a problem that need to be resolve. Response was fast from everyone. Great properties. Love it ! Really recommended.
