Trent worked to bring the vendor and I to a fair mid point after a passed in auction, with less pressure and more sensitivity than many agents I have dealt with. He has a warm approach and was great to work with. Greg was also an excellent and warm agent.

Excellent service from start to finish....rented out my studio and the whole team at Laing and Simmons North Narrabeen were extremely professional, found the right tenant and charged a very reasonable fee. I would recommend them. Elliott worked hard and exceeded our expectations.
