Disappointed with them as they have robbed me from my bond and deducted way too much. Sandy is a liar and very unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to rent from this place ever. Sandy can also come across mean and rude. Be aware and mindful when it comes to her.

Finding a rental for the first time felt quite overwhelming, but meeting Nandini completely changed that experience. I’ve always lived in my own home, so I had no idea how the rental process worked. Nandini was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything to me. She even arranged the inspection around my work schedule, which I really appreciated. She came fully prepared with the property flyer, access code, her contact details, and all the information I needed. She answered every question I had without making me feel rushed. Even though I wasn’t successful in getting the property I originally inspected, she didn’t just leave it there. She asked about my budget, found other suitable properties managed by her team, printed all the details, and even highlighted the ones that were closest to my preferred location. That level of care and effort really stood out. During the inspection on 22/07/2026, I also noticed how professional, friendly, and respectful she was with everyone else who attended. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about helping people, not just filling properties. A huge thank you to Nandini and the whole team for making my first rental experience so much easier. I truly appreciate everything you did and would happily recommend your team to anyone looking for a rental property. 🙏

My family and I have had the good fortune of renting with Laing & Simmons under Lyndell Pilkington since 2019. From the very beginning, we felt that we were met with respect, clear communication, and genuine consideration. That same standard has remained consistent throughout the years. Because of this, we have always considered ourselves fortunate to have not only a fair and supportive landlord, but also a property management team — including Lyndell Pilkington, Sandy Platt, and Ursula Gleis — that demonstrates professionalism through their actions, communication, and the way they treat others. Alas, after 7 wonderful years at our home, circumstances changed and we found ourselves needing to begin searching for another place to call home. During what is already a very challenging rental market, we were incredibly grateful when Lyndell’s team reached out to us about a property they thought may suit our needs. Their thoughtful communication and willingness to assist made what could have been a very stressful transition feel far more manageable.
