I had a terrible experience with this agency, particularly with the property manager Tina Beck. After I moved out and returned the key, Tina just seemed determined to intimidate me and unjustly withhold my bond, making me wait nearly two weeks without any valid reason except to apply unnecessary pressure. She initially demanded $250 for a small carpet stain, which I found excessive, but I still offered $100 to resolve it. Instead of negotiating, she escalated the case to VCAT, changing the story and suddenly demanding $880 for a full carpet replacement, completely contradicting her original claim. Obviously the VCAT application was just a tactic to force me into accepting the $250 charge. I had no choice but to agree because I needed my bond back. Avoid this place as dealing with Tina felt more like being pressured by a mobster than interacting with a professional property manager, as her approach was all about squeezing as much money as possible rather than resolving the issue fairly. I don't understand how an agent who's suppose to help can live a life only being committed to make things harder for poor people or migrants like me. If you value peace of mind and fair treatment, steer clear of this agency.
