Unprofessional, misleading, and manipulative ​Avoid Harcourts Berwick at all costs. Sales agent Nathan Li exhibited appalling conduct, aggressively pressuring us to terminate our contract immediately while claiming another buyer was waiting. Relying on his misleading guidance, we stopped pursuing alternative finance options and submitted the cancellation. ​Instead of addressing this agent misconduct, Principal Jimmy Lu washed his hands of the situation entirely, palming us off to lawyers to deflect all accountability while keeping our deposit locked in their trust account. Throughout the entire process, they demonstrated a deceptive lack of communication and complete refusal to assist. ​This agency, along with Nathan Li and Jimmy Lu, have now been formally reported to Consumer Affairs Victoria (CAV) for misleading practices. Buyers and sellers beware—they will manipulate you the second it benefits their pocket.

Very Disappointing Experience with Nathan Li and Branch owner Extremely poor and unprofessional service. I was told the deposit was refundable, so I paid it in good faith. When I later requested the refund, the agency kept the deposit. The branch owner was rude, dismissive and unwilling to properly address my concerns. I felt the agency failed to meet its obligations and did not take responsibility for the situation. Buyers beware: get everything in writing and do not rely on verbal promises. I would not recommend this agency.

We went to an open inspection last weekend that was run by Penny Pan. Honestly, she came across like she was doing the bare minimum and didn’t really want to be there. I understand it’s just a job and it is Satuarday morning. But when you work in sales, you need to at least act interested, and be a bit more engaging.
