Great communicative and negotiation skills. . Tim and his team offered personalised advice to prepare the property for sale, and had sound understanding of the current market to price the property appropriately. They were communicative throughout the campaign keeping us in the loop with all updates, including the day of auction. We believe that Tim’s and Wendy’s negotiation skills resulted the best possible deal for us.
