We were tenants in a property managed by Harcourts North Geelong for four years. During that time, we looked after the property as if it were our own. Unfortunately, the tenancy was not always smooth, particularly when it came to maintenance requests. There was a significant issue that we believed was unsafe for our children. The landlord declined to carry out the necessary work, and we were advised by the agent that there was nothing further she could do. As a result, we had to seek assistance from Consumer Affairs to have the matter resolved. Throughout the tenancy, there was also a high turnover of staff. Our property manager changed multiple times, and handovers between agents did not appear to be completed thoroughly. This made communication and follow-up on ongoing matters difficult and frustrating. That said, Mina was very professional and helpful whenever we sought guidance on other concerns. We appreciated her assistance. We are now settled in our own home and grateful to have moved on.

I had a really positive experience with Harcourts North Geelong, and in particular with Joe Grgic, the Director. Joe was extremely generous with his time in meeting with me at my property and patiently talking through a range of questions I had around land and property value. My request was a little unusual in that I wasn’t seeking to immediately engage an agent for a sale or rental, and I was very upfront about that from the outset. Despite this, Joe was open, respectful, and genuinely helpful. There was absolutely no sense of pressure or obligation. Joe was courteous, thoughtful, and offered a number of practical suggestions and insights for me to consider, which I found incredibly valuable. The conversation felt informative and collaborative rather than transactional. I really appreciated the professionalism and integrity shown, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joe to anyone seeking honest, considered advice.
