Writing this review especially for Kelly. She helped me process a refund for a deposit after a contract was terminated due to a building & pest issue. I really value prompt communication, but these days slow responses seem to be the norm. Kelly was the complete opposite — within about an hour and just a couple of emails, everything was sorted.
