Definitely the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She is great at maintaining both sides of property management, ensuring owner's investments are looked after properly, but also ensuring tenants can enjoy a quality place to call home. When I hear the other stories of large RE firms and the issues they seem to want to cause, it's refreshing to work with people like Francesca who just gets things done and acts fair and equitably with all parties. Would give more stars if I could and completely trust and recommend her as a selling agent too.

Francesca is highly professional and very experienced. We chose Francesca to manage our investment property after she came highly recommended by friends. She has been extremely efficient and delightful throughout the whole process and managed to secure us a quality tenant at our first open for inspection. We have been extremely impressed by her responsiveness and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Francesca was utterly amazing with my wife and I. We moved from South America to Sydney and Francesca was very friendly and knowledgeable from the start. She was clear about the renting process, contracts and bond. She was also so very expeditious and helpful during our stay. Needless to say, Francesca is just a lovely person (and her dogs are so cute) and I would most definitely recommend her!
