I recently spoke to Christina Fragias re mistakes that had been made in the advertisement of our apartment in Potts Point that has been managed by this agency for 20 years. It had been recently advertised for 3 weeks without a single application despite it being a renovated and lovely studio. When I realised there were mistakes in the advertising I contacted the leasing agent, Shayne Scotte and then the person responsible for advertising and marketing, Christina Fragias. I explained the issue to her and the response to me was quite unbelievable. She told me repeatedly there was no problem and continually spoke over me in a rude and arrogant manner. I tried to explain the problem but she would not listen. I felt completely ignored, unheard and disrespected by this woman. I consequently called a random agent with another agency out of desperation due to the continuing money loss of not having a tenant and he has done what R & W could not. Chad from McGrath in Surry Hills managed to take over the management of the apartment on the day I called him, last Wednesday and by Saturday he had advertised it and secured a tenant all within a 3 day period! The apathy of Shayne Scotte and Stewart Cahn over these past three weeks, not bothering to update us nor return phone calls has been beyond disappointing and was compounded by the disgusting attitude of the marketing woman, Christina Fragias. I have three other apartments in the inner city and will now never consider this agency to manage them.
