My experience with Belle Property was extremely disappointing. I attended an inspection that was scheduled from 9:30 am to 9:50 am. I arrived exactly at 9:30 am and followed the instructions by repeatedly pressing the building intercom, but it wasn’t working. I then called both contact numbers provided. One number was unreachable, and the other rang continuously but nobody answered. I wasn’t the only one. Another couple was also waiting outside because they couldn’t get in due to the faulty intercom. Two groups of prospective tenants were left standing outside with no way to enter and no communication from the agent. At around 9:45 am, the agent finally came downstairs. Instead of taking the remaining five minutes to show us the property, he simply apologised and asked us to come back on Monday. I had driven over an hour to attend this inspection, only to be told to return another day because of their own communication and access issues. If the intercom isn’t working, answer your phone. If an inspection is advertised until 9:50 am, don’t finish early and leave people outside. It genuinely felt like the agent was more interested in leaving than helping prospective tenants. This level of service is unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for people’s time and effort. I hope Belle Property improves its inspection process and holds its staff accountable, because no one should have to waste hours of their day due to such poor organisation. After this experience, I will not be applying for any property managed by Belle Property again.
