I just completed purchase of property with Dragon Australia with Cherry and so very happy with the process and results. Cherry is super fast and always responding straight away, resolving all issues, such a quick communication. Cherry was very kind and helpful the entire process and looked after me even after the sale has completed by providing more fixes to property for free. Highly recommend Cherry as an agent and will come back for my next purchase to her.

Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. After submitting our completed rental application, we requested a proper cleaning and a second inspection before signing the lease. From that point on, communication became extremely poor. Emails were ignored for days with no explanation. When we called on 12 December, the staff showed a complete lack of awareness of our application details. We were asked to “confirm our expected move-in date”, despite the fact that this information had already been clearly stated in the application two days earlier (expected move-in date: 10 December). Basic questions about lease signing and arranging another inspection were repeatedly avoided. Answers, when given at all, were vague, evasive, and unhelpful. Phone calls did not resolve anything, and follow-up emails were simply not answered. What made the experience worse was the attitude of the female owner, who accused us of having a “bad attitude”. This is entirely unreasonable. Following up after being ignored is not poor attitude — it is the bare minimum expected in a professional rental process. This agency wasted a significant amount of our time and demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. I would strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with them.

Our experience with Dragon was very good. Always resolved our queries when we had issues, and repairs were done in a timely manner. Three contract renewals were carried out with decent negotiations despite an overheated rental market. Our recommendation, but that with ALL property management companies, is take pictures of how you received the property, so you have a case when returning the keys. Take care of the premises as if it was yours, imagine it's your own and you return it in bad conditions, bet no one likes that. Yes, we had claims about the cleaning performed when exiting, but upon re visiting it was all solved, and the bond was successfully returned. Cleaners took pictures and that also helped our case.
