I completely agree with the previous reviews about bad/rude communication services of the named property agent, Sylvia. I also had a bad experience with her as my property agent. She writes her email as if the tenants are always wrong and gave the feeling that she deemed us inferior. If English language is an issue that caused the misunderstandings, perhaps improving on the language or training the property agents to be formal and polite would help the company in the future if it wants to work with non-Chinese clients. When I called her out for it via email, she passive aggressively reply back saying which part of her email was rude after I clearly pointed out to her the parts of the email that I found disrespectful. She even threatened to get her solicitor involved and turned the tables on me saying I’m the one being rude to her. Didn’t wanted to waste my time and energy telling her that I can call my lawyer too if she wishes to dispute lawfully but I hope she can take the criticism as feedback to improve her work attitude and professionalism. It could be that she is selective with which clients she is nice to based on some of the 5-star reviews but being biased is unprofessional.

I really appreciated their transparency and friendliness. Renting can often feel overwhelming, but Central Property Group made it smooth and straightforward. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy real estate agency!

If you are a landlord looking to lease out your property. Look elsewhere. Silvia is the WORST agent I have ever come across. I used to be a property manager and know the level of service that both tenants and landlords should receive. I applied for a property on the Saturday and it is Thursday and have been calling and contacting the Silvia and the office with no update. I have now looked at the property again online and saw that there is an open home. Communication is the number one thing a property manager and a LREA is required to have and this agent does not have that. She is titled as the principal online which I am unsure how she has managed to do. The worst agency ever. Stay away.
