Pleasant to work with and a great knowledge of all aspects of real estate. We first met Sharyn about 12 years ago when we bought a block of land through her. We realized then that she was a great negotiator and also very pleasant to work with. On the recent sale of our house we chose Sharyn over our regular realtor because of her incredible knowledge of our local area in the Dandenongs. She has a great knowledge of pricing, selling techniques and all aspects of real estate. During our sale she always followed up every interested party and reported back to us. She worked hard and managed to sell our house on time under difficult circumstances so we would have no hesitation in recommending Sharyn to anyone selling, particularly in the hills area.

Fantastic experience in all aspects! Sharyn was fantastic to work with. She is highly experienced, extremely efficient and gave excellent advice. I always found her responsive to calls and texts and she made the whole process of selling my fathers house a positive experience. She managed the final sale period really well and without fuss or stress. I could not recommend Sharyn more highly to anyone wanting to sell their property!
