Hello Andras Chombo, You do not even deserve a 1-star review from me because your professionalism and attitude towards customers have been absolutely terrible. You charged me $198 for a cleaning service. I repeatedly asked you to provide evidence that the cleaning was actually carried out, yet after five weeks you have remained completely silent and failed to provide any proof. You also charged me $440 for two roller blinds, but all you provided was a receipt that looks just like the cleaning receipt that you created yourself. When I emailed you again asking for evidence that the two roller blinds (approximately 1.6m x 1.5m) had actually been repaired or replaced, only then did you arrange for someone to come and fix them. Before that, you had only sent me a receipt without carrying out any repairs. That makes me question whether the receipt was simply created to justify the charge. To this day, you have still not provided the actual invoice for the two roller blinds. My bond was $2,640, and it seems you wanted to deduct $638 for cleaning and the roller blinds. Very reasonable, right? Don't worry though—you won't get away with it. When I return from my holiday, there will be much more for you to deal with. I rented the property for two years. The kitchen light stopped working, and despite carrying out two inspections during my tenancy, you never replaced it. It was even noted in the exit inspection report. Why didn't you deduct that from my bond as well? As for the roller blinds, they deteriorated due to sun exposure and weather conditions. We did not damage them. In fact, the new blinds you installed look significantly better than the old ones. And regarding the water leakage from the bathroom into my living room and bedroom, you only completed the repairs about three months before you emailed us asking us to move out. This is already the short version. There are many more things that I am unhappy about. Just wait. I am not going to let your attitude and the way you have handled this matter go unanswered.

Had the worst possible experience with this team. I rented a one-bedroom unit through them, and after moving in, I was asked to pay both rent and bond in cash. When I raised concerns and explained that payments should have proper records and that rental bonds should be lodged through the appropriate government authority, they insisted that I speak directly to the owner, despite the fact that I had secured the property through the agency and the owner was unable to communicate in English. Over the next two weeks, my concerns were repeatedly ignored. I was passed between different team members, and each time given new excuses, including claims that the owner would only accept cash and would not process the bond through official channels. Eventually, I was told that if I refused to pay in cash, I would need to vacate the property. As a result, I was forced to relocate urgently. This caused unexpected additional expenses, loss of income as I could not work for a week, and significant disruption to my commitments. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to exercise caution and ensure all payments and agreements are properly documented and compliant with rental regulations before proceeding.
