I only had one small problem, and Chris Choi the agent was unbelievable unprofessional and disrespectful, I made a formal complaint with the company and they didn’t care.

I had an excellent experience with the rental manager from Bless Real Estate. He was incredibly professional, always responsive, and had extensive knowledge of the local rental market. We were in desperate need of renting an apartment at that time, and they made the process seamless by finding the perfect apartment that met all our needs. Despite a tight timeline, they managed to secure a lease quickly and efficiently. When we encountered a plumbing issue, they promptly arranged for a plumber who resolved the problem perfectly. After renting for a year and moving out, we received our bond back very smoothly. I highly recommend Bless Real Estate to anyone looking for a rental property. Thank you for your outstanding service!

Abusive and mean. Not to mention never responded to very urgent repairs where the only shower was leaking a large amount of water and unusable. They never responded to us. They promised air conditioning and they never put it in or tried to. Then the cherry on top they tried to take our bond for damages that were there before we moved in. Lucky we had photos as the real estate abused me and called me names when I mentioned it was there before we moved in. Then when I sent the photos through proving it after the final inspection he never apologised or approved us getting the bond. We had to apply through the government to get it back. (We did in Full) Very unprofessional and not worth the time. For sure they will try and take your bond so make sure you have photos of the place before hand. If you read this do not use them.
