As a renter I cannot reccomended Belle Property enough! They were professional, polite and incredibly responsive. My property manager was Georgia Utan and she was amazing to work with and having just moved from NZ, she was incredibly patient and took the time to answer any questions I had. At a time where trust between REA and renters are very fragile, it was incredibly refreshing to work with such a professional company.

I’m so grateful for my experience with Belle Property Richmond and Daniel Finlayson. I sold my 1 bedroom apartment in Richmond and, despite it being smaller than many others on the market, I never once felt like it was treated as anything less than important. The entire process was incredibly smooth and supportive, especially as I was unfamiliar with selling a property. Daniel was proactive, communicative, and completely on top of everything, always working to achieve the best possible outcome.
