As a Tenant - really appreciate customer service ; I had hot water issue over a weekend ; i did ring landline - Tamy picked my phone even though office was closed and wrote the issue ; it was passed on to relevant team and Nakita Casha immediately placed an work order for Plumber ; Plumber did come over weekend ; problem was partially solved . he again came back on Monday Morning and installed new hot water ; Thanks to NaKita for prompt response and appreciate Walkom Real estate customer service. Definitely recommend .
