Working with Natalie and Mikayla was an absolute dream. They know the market, the buyers and gave me realistic expectations. I applied a rent room last Thursday. Before applying, I asked them on phone if this place was available for a couple. They said yes and sent me the link to apply. I submitted my application on Thursday. They asked me some documents on Friday. I submitted all the required documents the same day. After that, I didn't get any repsonse for 3 weekdays. So I sent them email to ask about my application. They replied me smiply that place was fully occupied therefore my application had been withdrawn. I told them that place was still available online, and my friends who were living there also told me there were several rooms avaliable. Then they replied me that the place I applied was only for a single, not for a couple. Isn't this like a joke?

Viv and Hayley at Movable are honestly so great to deal with. We’ve worked with both of them to rent out our properties and they consistently deliver such a high level of service. They’re super proactive, always offering helpful suggestions on how to improve rental return, finding the right tenants, and keeping us in the loop with regular updates throughout the leasing process.
