From the outset Tom, our VicProp Real Estate agent, outlined and followed through with a selling strategy that brought to light the best our property offered, distinguishing its true potential for buyers to realise. His guidance was spot on with the investment outlay and areas to focus work on to best prepare and showcase the property’s understated features and character. Excelled my expectations . Tom's knowledge of the market and selling process along with his understanding of the needs of his client excelled my expectations of an agent. I hadn't sold for 15 years and Tom walked me through a real learning curve with minimal pressure which achieved our ultimate goal which was a good sale.
