Urban Real Estate is the go-to real estate agent for the Marsden Park area. They have a long relationship with the area and have intimate knowledge of the real estate market as well as the local community. Theesan and his team have sold 2 homes for us and both times we have been impressed with their professionalism, communication and attention to detail. If you are looking to buy or sell, I highly recommend this company.

⚠️ Buyer Beware – Non-Disclosure by Agent I tried to buy a unit in Schofields in Sept 2025 but the strata records for the building did not have a Fire Safety Certificate or lift certification. Despite my requests, the agent only provided an interim fire safety certificate revealing issues after the cooling-off period, and after I rescinded the contract of sale within the cooling off period. NSW Government website stipulates that agents must disclose material facts BEFORE a contract is signed or deposit paid. This did not happen. Be careful and always verify strata certifications and levies before committing March 2026 , many months after this started ,They are still being difficult about returning the deposit paid and it’s ended up a legal issue. The CEO of Urban Real Estate confirmed via email that they released my deposit from their Trust Account to the vendor without my signature,permission or knowledge . Urban Land and Housing knew that the rescission of the contract was stemming from non disclosure of facts that influence a buyers decision to purchase a property. Trust accounting laws have been breached Be careful and be aware with your money as they do whatever they want and not follow Trust accounting laws Response to reply from Urban Real Estate I’m one step ahead of you .I have already contacted Fair Trading about contravening of Trust accounting rules which are regulated as part of your licence, you are being investigated as we speak
