I can’t remember the review I left last year about this joke of a company, but afterwards Tony threatened me to take it down or else he would sue me. Deeply unprofessional man, and from memory Helen was in a similar boat, resorting to personal attacks and going out of her way to make my property journey more difficult. I truly hope Tony and Helen have grown as individuals and have taken some courses in professionalism. There’s a reason you don’t see this company’s signs out the front of houses, and take a look at the amount of likes each one-star review has compared to the brown nosing ones if you want a true reflection of this company. Nothing I have said in this review or my last were false in any way and expressed my personal experiences with the unprofessionalism of these two employees. I never actually read through this email to the end to find the threat of suing, so thank you Tony for the morning giggles. I hope you have the day you deserve 💛

I would like to thank The Real Estate Business and Helen for all their help and support over the past two years while I was renting with them. From the very beginning, Helen was professional, responsible and patient, which made the whole rental experience smooth and stress-free. If it hadn’t been for their help in securing such a great home for us two years ago, our move from Queensland to Melbourne would not have been nearly as easy. This is truly one of the best rental agencies I have ever dealt with. Although it’s a bit sad to be moving on, my wife and I are very grateful for everything. Helen and Tony are professional, everything done by legislation, communicative, friendly, go out of their way to help you and really know this business. They are thorough with attention to detail which makes them stand out from the rest. Helen has integrity when assisting her renters and landlords needs, and has had the misfortune of having to deal with feral tenants who leave the property damaged and unclean, yet still have the patience, dedication and integrity to treat tenants with the utmost respect and professionalism, while looking out for the property owners.
