The team at TG Newton have been fantastic to deal with regarding my rental property. Responsive in a timely manner and they ensure I’m kept updated on any issues. Organising repairs as and when needed. Very impressed.

If I could give zero stars I would. No communication, property managers ignore repeated attempts at contact, submitted rental applications disappear into never never land, repeated open homes get scheduled for weeks and weeks on end with no feedback or communications to those who already applied for the property. An absolute disgrace to the real estate industry in Hobart. Some lessons in people skills may help this dismal excuse for a business. I’d suggest avoiding them at all costs.

I've rented through various real estates in the past decade and never have I had such a wonderful experience as what TG Newton provides. Courtney responds to all emails in a timely manner and actually makes me feel heard and taken care of as a tenant. In the past I would have to email multiple times and call to leave messages, but with Courtney and TG Newton I send an email and before I even need to follow it up, my concerns and questions are addressed with kindness you really can't take for granted these days! Undoubtedly the best renting experience so far!
